Philosophy
Sometimes you need a program that exactly fits your needs and you can't find it anywhere. You simply have to sit down and write it yourself, or look for someone who will.
Wordpress never fit the model of what I intended to do, and rewriting parts of the code would have been futile at best. Besides, I was just picking up PHP, and needed something complex to do that would be interesting in real life.
That, is the rationale behind AuthWare.
